unit 4 comments

1)
After listening to the "introduction mp3", and the "Loving Kindness exercises", I personally felt a recharge in my body, as well as in my spirit.  I realize that we are only one with our environment, we just have to use the hidden resources within us to reach out for it.  I felt a power within me that could enable me to lift myself and suspend in the air if I wanted to.  I also realize that there are certain behavior that are only being learned, and they are unhealthy, we have the power to let them go without ant regret.  It is all about our perception of things that will direct our actions.

2)
The concept of "MENTAL WORKOUT" is to teach us to dig into our harvest full of resources and reach our highest potential in life, because everything is there, within us, waiting to be explored, discovered, and used to our own needs.
