INTRODUCTION

Hello everyone, I am so sorry for such unforgivable lateness, but I still ask you to forgive me. my name is Veline Fontaine, I am your classmate with professor Kevin Modglin.  I just want to welcome you all, and I will be back very soon for new posts.

    Hey don't worry about the lateness. I understand. By the way, have you gotten a chance to practice the Subtle Mind exercise? I wasn't very successful with this exercise. Today was really a stressful day and I try not to let it get to me, but apparently, it did. I couldn't stay focus long enough to concentrate on my breath so I can reach the state of "awareness". Its frustrating. I guess with every thing else- I need to practice. Let me know what you think about the Subtle Mind exercise. To compare the Loving Kindness exercise, I thought I achieve more with the Loving Kindness exercise than the sublte mind one.
