I have chosen the "Loving Kindness" and the "Meditation". The Loving Kindness because it prepares us to receive the world, it teaches us to see the world from a different prospective. we stop being selfish to embrace altruism because this is what makes us one with our environment.
I choose the "Meditation" because it helps us to find our true self, it allows us to review our life through our past experiences, find what we have accomplished, find our mistakes, understand why they occured and find how to correct them so that they do not repeat themselves. Those two mental exercises have a direct postive impact on both our mental health, which is what we need to attain integral health.
